Rom&nd Glasting Water Tint is a hydrating lip tint that creates a shiny, rosy finish on the lips with long-lasting color - without any sticky feeling! The lip tint almost fixes the pigment on the lips, creating a distinct glossy film over the color, beautifully reflecting light from all angles.

The tint has a lightly and deliciously sweet scent, and it is light and comfortable on the lips. Lips are deeply hydrated throughout the day.

How to use: Apply the tint to the entire lips - or only to the inner part of the lips to create a gradient effect. Layer as desired.
