To ensure the optimal burn for your candle, please follow these instructions: Avoid moving the candle when it is lit and do not place it in a draught, on glass, marble or any other heat-sensitive surface. Check that the wick is properly centred when you extinguish the candle. Re-centre if necessary when the wax is liquid. Shorten the wick by 1/2 cm (0.2 in) before relighting the candle. The candle should not be lit for more than 3-4 hours at a time. To protect the glass, do not burn the candle all the way down, leaving at least 1 cm (0.4 in) of wax. Never leave the candle unattended, and keep it away from children, curtains and pets.
