Founded in Geneva in 1999, Mizensir is renowned the world over for its charismatic, one-of-a-kind fragrances and its luxurious, elegant style. The Bois de Mysore eau de parfum is a true ode to the origins of sandalwood, which takes us to India and the capital of Karnataka. Its enveloping woody nuances are elegantly revealed thanks to the contrasting yet harmonious notes that accompany them. Through cardamom and violet leaf, master perfumer Alberto Morillas expresses the green side of the plant, as well as the freshness and roundness of its notes. We dive into the heart of the forest among the powerful, creamy and intense notes of sandalwood. Then we reach the roots, where the most sought-after white musks are revealed, such as Vulcanolide. This mineral and earthy musk blends with sandalwood to reveal a hint of powdery sensuality with a suede-like carnality.

Une ode véritable aux origines du bois de Santal, qui nous emmène en Inde dans la capitale du Karnataka. On découvre cet arbre aux pouvoirs ayurvédiques multiples de la cime aux racines, en passant par le cortex. Ses nuances boisées enveloppantes se dévoilent avec élégance, grâce aux notes contrastantes mais harmonieuses qui les accompagnent. Par la cardamome et la feuille de violette, le maître parfumeur Alberto Morillas exprime le côté vert de la plante, ainsi que la fraîcheur et la rondeur de ses notes. On plonge ainsi dans le coeur du bois, parmi les notes puissantes de santal, crémeuses et intenses. Puis on atteint les racines, où se devoilent les muscs blancs les plus recherchés, tel le vulcanoide. Ce musc minéral et terreux se mêle au santal pour révéler une sensualité à peine poudrée, charnelle comme le daim.
