Once a week, apply generously around the nail using the brush, after removing nail polish and filing the nails. Leave on for about 1 minute. Push back the cuticles using the stick wrapped in cotton, which will also "capture" dead skin to remove. Thoroughly wash fingers with soapy water. Rinse and dry.
