Wet the hair thoroughly. Put a dab of shampoo in the palms of your hands and rub the palms together. Apply the shampoo to the scalp and massage while gradually adding small amounts of water. Finish by rinsing thoroughly until hair squeaks between your fingers. Repeat the process twice: once to remove impurities, and then for a second time by massaging the scalp and leaving for three minutes.
