• Apply the mascara by placing the brush at the base of the lashes, from below. • Make zigzag movements, then go up to the tips. Each lash is thus covered to obtain a lifting, volumizing, and lengthening effect. • Repeat the operation as many times as necessary to fully cover the lashes with mascara, separating the lashes as you pass the brush. Lower lashes If you also apply mascara to the lower lashes, try to use only the remaining product on the wand, as a freshly prepared brush can result in applying too much product. You can also use only the tip of the wand. Holding the brush perpendicular to the lash line, gently pass the wand along the roots of the lower lashes before using the brush. You achieve a natural result, with lashes denser at the base than at the tip. Expert tips: Try the rolling technique. • Hold the brush at the base of the lashes and roll it downwards. • This way, you deposit mascara near the lash line and increase volume at the base.
