3. Make small movements from the eyebrows to the hairline, then towards the centre of the forehead and the area between the eyebrows. Repeat three times.
4. With your fingers in front of your ears and your thumbs under your jaw, apply light pressure in an outward and upward motion. Repeat 3-5 times.
