Apply Gel Crème Hydra Zen to clean skin after using Sérum Génifique Ultimate. ¿
1. Take a small amount of cream and warm it in the palm of your hand. Close your eyes and take three deep breaths into your hands. Apply and smooth over the entire face.¿¿
2. Using your index finger, make smoothing movements from the centre of your face outwards, gently pressing your skin at the end of each movement. Start at the jaw and work up to the forehead, passing over the mouth, nose and eyebrows. Repeat 3 times. ¿¿
3. Finish on the neck and décolleté, gently smoothing upwards. Repeat 3 times.¿¿
4. For extra relaxation: close your eyes and apply gentle pressure to your skin with your fingertips, moving from the centre of your face outwards. Start at the forehead and work down to the chin. Repeat 3 times.
