Soak a cotton pad with toner and gently sweep it over your face, neck, and décolletage. With hands - this gentle method, ideal for sensitive skin, is known to enhance ingredient absorption and effectiveness and stimulate blood circulation for radiant skin. Pour a dime-sized amount of the formula into your hand, spread it evenly over both hands, then gently pat the formula onto your face, neck, and décolletage until absorbed. No rinsing is required
