At Jeanne Friot, style and know-how are one. Committed, non-gendered, and upcycled, the French brand dares to do it all. Born to a musician mother and an artist father, Jeanne Friot grew up in a very open environment where passion takes precedence over everything else. After attending the Duperré school and the Institut Français de la Mode, the young designer joined the teams at Balenciaga. An experience that pushed her to launch her own eponymous brand in 2020, during the height of Covid. Her goal? To rethink the codes of fashion by infusing it with an inclusive and sustainable DNA. The Jeanne Friot house particularly works with knitwear and plays with textures and volumes. Through her collections, we find crochet pieces transforming clothing into armor and a weapon of seduction. A radical and energetic aesthetic also characterized by upcycled pieces made from deadstocks of luxury houses. In terms of colors, red, a symbol of strength, passion, and also battle, regularly reappears and aligns with the idea of rethinking production and changing customs. Thus, the Jeanne Friot label conveys a powerful yet controlled energy, opening the door to the fashion of tomorrow.
