Spray the BRONZ IMPULSE mist on your face and body, then let it dry. - Before sun exposure to prepare the skin: use alone, morning and evening, 15 days before the 1st exposure. - During sun exposure, to enhance tanning: apply 20 minutes before exposure, to be reapplied under each application of your sunscreen product. - After sun exposure, to extend the tan: the spray is used morning and evening under the after sun care.
