Made in the same factories as those of Cire Trudon, a sister brand of Carrière Frères, this scented candle is emblematic of the French house's expertise. Cast by hand, the wax is perfumed at the last moment in order to preserve all its qualities. Woven from pure cotton, the wick is also hand centred and varies according to the fragrance, to ensure optimal burning. Designed to burn between 45 and 50 hours, this candle highlights the bewitching scent of the tiare flower.

Product detail

The Tahitensis is one of the most famous gardenias. A Polynesian plant from the Rubiaceae family, its deliciously fragrant flower is called tiaré in Polynesia. It is used in the composition of monoï, an ancestral beauty recipe "Mahohi", obtained by macerating flower buds in Coprah oil. The shrub produces intensely white and snowy flowers that contrast with the deep green of its glossy leaves. Its very floral, sweet perfume, with a powerful sweetness, also evokes hints of tuberose.

Never leave the candle burning unattended for more than 2 hours at a time. Always allow the candle to burn until the entire surface is liquid and wait for it to solidify before relighting. If black smoke appears, trim the wick. It must remain clean and should never exceed 6mm in length. Do not hesitate to recenter it after burning. Always protect the surface on which the candle is placed. Never let the candle burn until the wax is completely consumed.
