1) Shake the bottle before each use to activate the formula and mix the two phases into one solution. 2) Apply Bi-Facil Clean & Care to a cotton pad and hold over each closed eye. 3) Leave the soaked cotton pad on for a few seconds to dissolve the make-up, then swipe over the eyelids to remove the make-up.
