This lip pencil from NARS ensures you create the shape and definition you want to achieve. The moisturising formula saturates the lips, offering highly pigmented full colour coverage. Easy to apply, it glides smoothly and should be regularly sharpened for a precise, clean and neat line. Offered in a wide selection of shades to suit your mood, discover Halong Bay in a tan rose hue.


  • Choose from a variety of effects:
    NATURAL DEFINITION: Follow the natural contour of the lips with the Precision Lip Liner. Tilt the pencil on its side and lightly color inside the outline. Do the same to color the entire lips with the Powermatte Lip Pigment.
    COLOR EXPLOSION: Applying moderate pressure, start your line at the Cupid's bow and then follow the natural contour of the lips to the outer corners, focusing on the center of the lips. Apply Powermatte Lip Pigment from the outer corners towards the center for a true explosion of color in the center of the lips.
    SCULPTED LIPS: Add structure to your lips by opting for a slightly darker outline. First, apply Powermatte Lip Pigment. Trace a line along the natural contour of the lips with the Precision Lip Liner, from the outer corners towards the center. Blend with your fingertips or using the pencil cap to diffuse and blur the color for a blended result.
