1. Start with dry or slightly damp hair. Brush your hair and separate it into two equal sections. 2. Place the curl ribbon on top of your head, and first secure the section on one side with a "Sprunchie Slim" hair elastic. 3. Take a small section of your hair from the other section and start wrapping it around the ribbon away from your face. Continue wrapping other sections of hair until you have wrapped the entire section of hair around the ribbon. 4. To maintain your curly look, secure the end of the ribbon with a "Sprunchie Slim" hair elastic. 5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the other part of your hair. 6. You're done! Wear the curl ribbon for a few hours or overnight (for best results) and enjoy your healthy curls!
