The podcast boom of the past few years has changed our media landscape, and the fashion world has always known how to stay ahead of the game. Today, style can be listened to as much as looked at — and as always, good things come in threes.

"Catwalk Calling," the most Parisian

Fashion, its history, its icons, and its rising talents: this podcast, created in 2019 by France's Fédération de la haute couture et de la mode, transports listeners backstage. Weekly episodes take a deep dive on the most promising designers and brands on the Parisian scene, like Boramy Viguier, GMBH, and Victoria/Tomas. Each interview lasts around half an hour and introduces the most exciting game-changers of our times, ensuring that listeners get the 411 on all tomorrow's stars, today.

"Chiffon," the most intellectual

Launched in 2017 following a successful crowdfunding campaign, journalist Valérie Tribes uses her podcast to ask invitees a seemingly simple question: "How do you relate to fashion and clothing?" Following the success of the podcast "Fashion No Filter," led by Camille Charrière and Monica Ainley, Tribes fully appreciated the potential of the pod and wasted no time in adapting it to her ideas. With an approach that blends the intimate and sociological dimensions of the industry, the project was an immediate hit and is today followed by over 40,000 listeners. Free-spoken, on-trend, and always-relevant, the tone of the show is as much of a draw as its prestigious guests: Anna Dello Russo from Vogue Italy, Inès de la Fressange, and even Stéphanie Calvino (founder of the Anti_Fashion platform, dedicated to sustainable fashion) have stopped by for a chat.

"Dans le rétro de la mode," the most original

Created in early 2020 by Inès Matsika, journalist and founder of The Fashion Stories blog, here we sit down with guests that have collaborated with some of the leading fashion houses — Martin Margiela, Saint Laurent, Alexander McQueen, Jil Sander — to learn more about the origins of their love of fashion, the paths that brought them there, and the environments in which they evolved. All in all, it's an instructive, in-depth look behind the scenes at an industry that always stands apart.
