Click&Collect is a free service that allows you to place order online at Place des Tendances or Printemps.com and pick it up in-store, benefitting from all the perks of the in-person experience.

At Printemps, you're in charge of the ‘fit. Questions or hesitations about a garment? Be sure to talk to a sales associate — our team members have well-trained eyes and are always available to advise clients on the cut of a given article, dressing for one's silhouette, and to listen to your needs.

hands free shopping

Carrying too many bags and articles? We offer a special service adapted for clients, allowing you to combine, pay for, and pick up your purchases in the same place. Don't hesitate to enquire with a sales associate at your favorite Printemps location.

lost and found

While shopping, it's easy to forget or lose a bag, a wallet, a cell phone, or other objects. Our adapted service is at your disposal, and our teams will do their best to help. And if you find a lost item, don't hesitate to entrust it to us!

Thanks to our exclusive services, you can change your mind about an article and bring it back within 30 days in order to exchange it or be reimbursed.* So you can buy without a second thought! Directly at in-store sales points. *We will exchange or reimburse articles purchased within the last 30 days, in their original condition and including all attachments, including packaging and tags, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with the exception of food products, upon presentation of sales receipt and in the presence of the client. Failing any of these conditions, the exchange or return cannot be made. The company reserves the right to refuse a reimbursement or exchange.
