Colissimo delivery by La Poste offers delivery within 48 to 72 hours in mainland France. Deliveries are made by La Poste from Monday to Saturday from 8am to 7pm.


From Monday to Friday, all orders placed before 1pm are shipped the same day.

Orders are processed in the morning of the next business day. Orders placed between 1pm on Friday and 1pm on Monday are shipped on Monday evening.


The package is delivered to the delivery address indicated on your order form. Therefore, it is important to enter your exact delivery address.


We will send you an email when your package is shipped from our warehouse. This email confirms the chosen delivery method and provides you with a tracking number. You can also view and track your order in the My Orders section of your account.

This "express" dispatch service offers delivery within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends) from Monday to Saturday, throughout mainland France. Deliveries are made by Chronopost, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.


All orders placed before 1:00 p.m. are delivered the next day before 1:00 p.m. (within 24 hours).


All orders placed after 1:00 p.m. are dispatched on the next working day and delivered within the following 24 hours.


As soon as your parcel is collected by Chronopost, you can track it on www.chronopost.fr/en using the parcel number you received by e-mail when it was dispatched, or via the order tracking link in your Printemps.com account.

Standard delivery at Shop2Shop parcel pickup point by Chronopost offers delivery within 48 hours at partner pickup points.


The parcel will remain at the pickup point for 7 calendar days, before being sent back on the 8th day.


From Monday through Friday, all orders placed before 1pm will be expedited the same day.


Orders are processed in the morning of the following business day. Orders placed between 1pm Friday and 1pm Monday will be expedited Monday evening.

In Germany

The price varies based on destination:


  • 5.90€ in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Portugal and Italy
  • 7.90€ in Spain
  • 10€ in Austria and Ireland
RETURNS

You can enjoy free returns within 30 days upon receipt of your order (only applicable for orders from France).


For returns from other international countries, an amount of €15 will be deducted from the customer's refund. 

For returns from the UK, an amount of £10 will be deducted from the customer's refund. 


After you drop off your parcel at a Post office branch, returns should take 5 to 7 business days.


Once we have received your item(s), the refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.

Download and print your return form and shipping label:

  • If you were connected to your Printemps.com account during your purchase, please connect to your account and complete the steps for return in the “My purchases and returns / Make a return” tab in order to download the return form and label.
  • If you placed your order as a guest, please click on the link in the email letting you know that your parcel shipped to download the return form and label.


Carefully wrap your article(s) so it/they is/are well protected during transport. If the state of the original box does is not suitable for use for the return, please use other appropriate packaging.


You must include the return form.


Adhere the shipping label to the parcel.


Drop off the parcel in a post office, a Chrono Shop 2 Shop relay or a Click & Collect counter at the Printemps store of your choosing. Think about your carbon footprint. Click & Collect is a small step for you but a big step for the planet.

Ready-to-Wear

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unused, and unwashed, with their designer tags intact.


Bags and Accessories

Items must be returned as received, in their original packaging and with authenticity certificates and designer tags intact.


Shoes

The insoles and outsoles of the shoes must not show any signs of wear. We recommend trying your shoes on a carpet or any other surface that won't damage the soles. Shoes must be returned in their original box (with size, brand, and barcode). Please note that this original box cannot be used as a shipping carton.


The shoebox must be in perfect condition and must not be used as a shipping box under any circumstances. Shoeboxes should not contain tape or writing.


Lingerie and Swimwear

Underwear and swim bottoms must be tried on over your own underwear, and please do not remove the adhesive protections.


Fine Jewelry

These exceptional pieces must be returned new and unused in their original box with plastic protection and all designer tags intact.


Luxury Watches

Luxury watches must be returned new and unused in their original box with plastic protection on the dial, warranty, presentation box, and any other outer packaging. Please also ensure that the watch has not been set to the correct time.


Beauty Products

Beauty items must be returned in their original packaging unopened with the protective plastic film and seal intact. Items cannot be tried and must be in new condition, unopened, unused, undamaged, unsullied, and untested. To return a beauty item, please place the items back in the original package, which has undergone numerous successful tests. This packaging is indeed resistant to all shocks, drops, and handling during the shipment of the package. If, however, your package after opening does not allow for the return of beauty items in good condition, we strongly encourage you to find an appropriate container and carefully pack the returned items to ensure maximum protection during transport.

The number of returns per customer is counted and, in the event of repeated returns, contrary to our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to flag or close your Printemps.com account and refuse future orders. We will contact you directly if this is applicable to your account.

Once your order has been placed, its content can no longer be modified. You can still, however, modify the delivery address or cancel your order if it has not yet been processed, by contacting Customer Service. If your cancellation is accepted, you will not be charged.

Returns that do not meet the conditions below will not be accepted.


  • It is essential to include the returns form in your parcel.
  • Items should be new, unworn and returned in their original packaging.
  • The cardboard label with price, bar code and product name should also be returned with the item.
  • Any items returned damaged, incomplete, worn, soiled or washed will not be accepted or refunded.


Each request for refund will be inspected and validated. Returns that do not comply with these terms and conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. You will be refunded via the same payment method used when placing your order.

EXCHANGES


You have 30 days to exchange one or several article(s) starting from the date upon which you received your parcel.

Under these conditions, exchanges are possible in France, Benelux and Germany.

Sign into your customer account.

In the tab ”MY PURCHASES AND RETURNS” click on “Make a return or exchange”.


Choose the item you would like to exchange as well as the product you would like in exchange. Only an exchange in size or colour is possible. In the case where you received a defective product, you can request the same item in exchange.


Select the reason for the return as well as your desired mode of reimbursement in the case where am exchange is not possible (re-credit to the form of purchase used or a purchase voucher). If the product is not available upon reception, the reimbursement will be made to the selected means.


Print out your form and shipping label. Place the form in the parcel and adhere the shipping label to the parcel.

NB: To facilitate tracking and to ensure proper treatment of the exchange, you must use the Colissimo label supplied by Printemps.com for your return and keep the proof of shipping stamped by the post office until the validation of your exchange. If not, we cannot guarantee the exchange of your item.


Drop it off at a partner parcel centre or at the post office.

We inform you that a parcel dropped off at the post office will take less time to get to us. Exchanges are received 3 - 4 days after a parcel is dropped off at the post office. The process is longer if the parcel is dropped at a parcel centre.


Once we have received your parcel, the exchange will be treated in the following 48 - 72 hours. Upon reception, we will proceed to the exchange based on available stock at the time of reception
