The Smudge Brush #25 highlights the eye contour and adds intense color to targeted small areas. The Precision Blending Brush #23 is perfect for blending eyeshadow and creating a smoky eye. Apply shimmery shades with your fingertips to instantly brighten your eyes. To turn eyeshadow into eyeliner, dampen the Push Eyeliner Brush #26. Tap off excess water on the back of your hand. Dip it into the eyeshadow and remove excess on your hand before applying. Apply the color along the lash line for precise application.
