Faq

RETURNING ONE OR MORE ITEMS

Returns must be made within 21 days upon receipt of your order.
Items should be new, unworn and in their original packaging.

The price tag including bar code and product name should not be removed.
Any items returned damaged, incomplete, worn or soiled will not be accepted or refunded.


Bags and Accessories

Items should be returned as received, in their original packaging complete with certificates of authenticity and designer labels intact.

Shoes

Shoes should not be worn except for being tried on. The soles should be smooth and in new condition, with no scratches, showing they have been worn.

The shoe box must be in perfect condition and must not be used as a shipping box under any circumstances. Shoe boxes should not be taped or written on.

Lingerie and Swimwear

Briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear. Please ensure that adhesive protective slips are not removed. 

Beauty

Beauty items must be returned in their original, unsealed packaging with the protective plastic film and the lid intact. Items cannot be tried on and must be in new condition, unopened, unused, undamaged, unsullied, untested. To return a beauty item, be sure to return the items in the original package; which has been the subject of numerous conclusive tests. This packaging is indeed resistant to all possible shocks, drops and handling during the delivery of the package. If, however, your package after opening does not allow the return of beauty items in good conditions, we urge you to find an appropriate container or box and to carefully package the returned items to ensure maximum protection during transport.

In general, if the condition of the parcel once opened cannot be reused for your return, please use other appropriate packaging, carefully wrapping the items to ensure they are properly protected during transport.


A returns form/voucher should be enclosed with your order on delivery. In the absence of a returns form with your order, you can print one by logging into MY ACCOUNT and selecting "RETURN AN ITEM").

Once we have received your return, it will be processed within 48 to 72 hours. Returns that do not meet the conditions above will not be accepted.
Returns must be made within 30 days upon receipt of your order.
Under these terms and conditions, returns are free of charge from the United Kingdom, France, Benelux countries and Germany.

Outside of these terms and conditions, shipping costs are at your own expense. For any questions, please contact our Customer Service.
For returns from other international countries, an amount of €/£12 will be deducted from your refund.

If you cannot create your returns form, this may be because more than 30 days have passed since the date you received your order or placed your order as a Guest.

  1. You have received an email confirming your order, where you will find a link enabling you to make a return.

  2. Click on the link.

  3. Select one or more items to return.

  4. If you are making a return, choose the reason for the return and how you would like to be refunded (refunds are made through your original payment method or by credit voucher).

  5. Select the returns option of your choice.

  6. Print out the form to put in your parcel before sealing it. The shipping label and customs forms will be emailed to you by our partner Glopal over the next few hours. Place it inside your parcel and attach the shipping label to the parcel.

  7. Drop it off at a Post office branch.

  8. Your return will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

  4. Select one or more items to return.

To make an exchange:

1. Log in to your customer account on Printemps.com website.

2. In the section "MY ORDERS AND RETURNS" click on "Make a return or exchange".

3. Choose the item to be exchanged as well as the product you wish to exchange. You only can exchange the size or color of the item. In case you have received a defective product, you can ask for the same product in exchange.

4. Select the reason of the return and the method of refund (credit to your payment method or voucher). If the product is not available at reception, the refund will be issued on the selected method.

5. Print your return label and insert it in your return package. Stick the shipping label onto your package.

6. Drop it off at a retailer or directly at the post office. Please note that it takes less time for a return to the post office to reach us than a return to a retailer.

7. When we receive your package, we will proceed with the exchange if the product is still available. If the desired size is available at the same price, we recommend that you make a refund request for the initial order and renew your order with the desired product without waiting for the return of your article.
