The preparation of the Velour Puff is essential: press it into loose powder, then work the powder into the puff by folding and rubbing the halves together, or by vigorously tapping the powdered side on the back of your hand. Gently press the Velour Puff onto the skin, using a rolling motion to set the powder. (Around the eyes, use the secret brightening powder for under the eyes).

As with all setting powders, apply them after any creamy formulas, including cream blush.
