The Customer can purchase one or more Printemps gift cards (hereinafter the "Gift Card(s)") on the website www.printemps.com (hereinafter the "Site") or in all Printemps stores located in mainland France (hereinafter "Printemps Stores"). The Gift Card(s) can be used in one or multiple times on the Site www.printemps.com (excluding the marketplace of www.printemps.com) and in Printemps Stores. The Gift Card is not reloadable. The Gift Card cannot benefit from any promotional code and/or discount at the time of purchase. The minimum amount for a Gift Card is 15 euros and can go up to 300 euros. The Gift Card is valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase. In case of non-use of the Gift Card within one year from the date of purchase, the corresponding amount will be considered as definitively acquired by the Company. The recipient of the gift card purchased on the Site will receive their gift card in the form of a code via email. It can be used in Printemps stores and on the Site.

To use a gift card on the Site, make your purchases on the Site and then validate your cart. Enter your gift card number and your PIN code, then confirm by clicking on 'ADD' on the payment page.

To use a gift card in a Printemps store, present the barcode of the gift card in electronic format or printed format. The barcode will be scanned without needing to enter the associated PIN code.

Similarly, you have the option to choose the amount to be charged at the register.

Gift card purchased in a Printemps store:

The recipient of the gift card purchased in a Printemps store can use their card in Printemps stores and on the Site.

To use a gift card on the Site, make your purchases on the Site and then validate your cart. Enter your gift card number and your PIN code, then confirm by clicking on 'ADD' on the payment page.

To use a gift card in a Printemps store, present your gift card at the register during payment.

Miscellaneous:

If the amount of the gift card is greater than that of the shopping cart, the remaining balance will remain available on the gift card.

If the customer returns an item paid for with a gift card on the Site, the refund will be issued in the form of a voucher valid for 6 months from the date of its creation and only on our website (excluding marketplace).

If the customer returns an item paid for with a gift card in one of the Printemps stores, the refund will be issued in the form of a voucher valid for six months from its activation.

The gift card and the voucher can be used cumulatively, except for the purchase of a gift card.

The Customer can purchase one or more Printemps gift cards (hereinafter referred to as the "Gift Card(s)") on the site www.printemps.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").

The Gift Card(s) purchased on the site will be usable in one or multiple transactions on the site only. The minimum amount for a Gift Card purchased on the site is 10 euros and can go up to 1,000 euros. The Gift Card is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. If the Gift Card is not used within one year from the date of purchase, the corresponding amount will be considered permanently acquired by the Company.

The Gift Card is not reloadable.

The Gift Card cannot benefit from any promotional code and/or any discount at the time of purchase.

Gift card purchased on the Site

The recipient of the gift card purchased on the Site will receive their gift card in the form of a code via email. It will be usable on the Site only.

To use a gift card on the Site, make your purchases on the Site and then validate your cart. Enter your gift card number and confirm by clicking on 'ADD' on the payment page.

Gift card purchased in a Printemps Store:

The recipient of the gift card purchased in a Printemps Store can use their card only in Printemps Stores.

To use a gift card in a Printemps Store, present your gift card at checkout when making your payment.

Miscellaneous:

If the amount of the gift card is greater than that of the shopping cart, the remaining balance will remain available on the gift card.

If the Customer returns an item paid for with a gift card on the Site, the refund will be issued in the form of a voucher valid for 6 months from the date of its creation.

If the Customer returns an item paid for with a gift card in one of the Printemps Stores, the refund will be issued in the form of a voucher valid for 6 months from its activation.

The gift card and the voucher can be used together, except for the purchase of a gift card.
