Product detail

Bergamot is a hybrid between bitter orange and lemon. Bergamotto di Calabria contains the precious "sponge bergamot". The extraction is done by hand. Cut the fruit in half and remove the pulp with a curved knife, press the skin onto a natural sponge with a rotating motion to collect the most delicate and complex essential oil with fruity and floral notes of jasmine.
