Use 3 to 5 times per week. Step 1: Preparation Clean and dry your face carefully. You can apply a face treatment before the session, but avoid using photosensitizing or strong cosmetic treatments (such as retinol or high doses of AHAs), sunscreen, or makeup that could reduce the effectiveness of the device. Step 2: Installation Position the mask on your face and adjust the straps at the back of your head. Step 3: Treatment Turn on the device with the remote control and select your program. Relax during the session. Step 4: End of Program Always turn off the remote control BEFORE removing the mask to avoid direct LED light exposure to the eyes. Then continue with your usual skincare routine. Note: Before each use, make sure the remote control is fully charged (all 3 green light indicators must be on for the programs to be at their maximum effectiveness).
