Detach the two socks and slide the previously cleaned and dried foot into the center of the sock, between the two non-woven layers. Remove the paper film from the tab, fold it around the ankle to secure the sock. Leave on for 15 minutes. Massage any excess gently to help absorption. Single use, dispose after application.
