COWBOY BOOTS, FRINGES, BANDANAS...ALL DIRECTION POINT FAR WEST

While country music has, these last few years, found an audience with a younger generation, Western style has also, little by little, found its place in our wardrobes. The concept is simple: Getting inspiration from cowboys to add a Texan touch to the everyday.

Real leaders of the pack, cowboys relied on a sturdy wardrobe: cowboy boots, fringed jackets, denim, suede and Stetson hats. It's an immediately recognisable look. And it's this vision and this imaginary that inspires fashion lovers. Slowly, from head to toe, from easily approachable pieces to those that are more complex, the Western trend has made its mark on the runway.

Whether on the feed of Kendall Jenner, Emily Ratajkowski or the it girls of the moment, the cowboy boot is the uncontested footwear champion of late. The ultimate symbol of the cowboy era, it comes in many forms. Originally, the structure of the boot was made to serve the cowboy: Its iconic beveled heal and pointy toe were designed to fit into a stirrup.
