Evoking the freedom and rebellion of Kurt Cobain, Black Powder eau de parfum was created by Julien Rasquinet. Powerful, unexpected and contrasting, this scent with deep leather tones is balanced with bold notes of blackcurrant and chilli. Like Cobain's guitar, it is explosive, bohemian and mysterious at the same time.

The jarring chords of Kurt Cobain's guitar are the top notes: the sweetish blackcurrant together with the bitter pimento represent the melodic and poignant riff of Seattle sound. Gentle hints of Tonka Bean, sweet as childhood memories, interplay with the intensity of patchouli, whilst the persistent Sandalwood note expresses the obsessive rhythm of instruments. Frankincense celebrates both the revolutionary atmosphere and the rebellious and romantic spirit of Nirvana's lyrics.
