1. To remove the XL patch, detach the sheet along the dotted lines. 2. Thoroughly clean the affected area and dry it with a clean towel. 3. Carefully apply the patch to the area with clean hands. 4. Leave the patch on during the day or overnight. Gently remove it after 6 to 8 hours of application and let the skin breathe between two applications.
