Form a V shape with your hands. Apply deep, prolonged pressure with your fingertips along the outer edge of your face. Enjoy the sensation of the creamy texture being absorbed into your skin. Repeat twice. Gently massage the middle of the neck and the area beneath the chin using the back of your fingers. 3. Massage your face. Place the base of your palms under your cheekbones.
