THE CREATION
First step of the Hermès Plein Air complexion ritual, the perfecting base prepares the skin for foundation application and enhances its quality. Developed through the expertise of Gregoris Pyrpylis, creative director of Hermès Beauty, the perfecting base combines skincare efficiency and naturalness. The skin is smoothed, hydrated for up to 8 hours*, and the skin texture is refined.

THE MAKEUP RESULT
Adapted to all skin tones, fluid and light, the perfecting base melts into the skin and leaves a satin finish with transparency, for a radiant complexion lasting for 12 hours**. Moisture and heat do not affect the makeup's longevity. The skin is evened out, the appearance of pores is blurred, the skin texture is refined, and imperfections are softened.

THE SKINCARE EFFICACY
Formulated with skincare actives, the perfecting primer offers immediate and long-lasting results. The skin is immediately soothed and remains hydrated for 8 hours*.
This moisturizing and soothing performance is due to a trio of actives: niacinamide nourishes, smooths, and improves skin quality, pure hyaluronic acid hydrates it, and antioxidant white mulberry extract (Morus alba L.) helps plump and protect it from oxidative stress.

THE FORMULATION
The perfecting base is composed of 92% naturally derived ingredients. Formulated with rigorously selected effective ingredients, it enhances and cares for the skin. It has been dermatologically tested to suit all skin types, even sensitive ones.

THE OBJECT
Designed by Pierre Hardy, creator of Hermès Beauty objects, the bottle with graphic and refined lines, combining round and square shapes, is made from noble materials. The glass, partly white lacquered and partly transparent, plays with perception. The black metal pump, engraved with the "Hermès Paris" signature, dispenses the right amount of product for application. A jewel-like finish, the white metal cap is adorned with the Hermès ex-libris in golden permabrass.
