Returns
Piquadro allows the return of products purchased online within 30 days of delivery, either in full or in part, provided that the product is intact, unused, and accompanied by its original packaging and tag; the amount paid, including shipping costs, will be refunded. No exchange of the product purchased online is possible: the customer must proceed with the return and, at the same time, place a new order on the online shop; exchanges are also not available in-store for items purchased online.
The goods must be shipped in the original packaging received, properly sealed; only if the original packaging is unusable may an equivalent box in terms of size and sturdiness be used. The return can only be shipped from the country of origin of the order, and shipment may only take place after the request has been confirmed by customer service. Damaged products are not accepted as returns, even if the damage is due to inadequate packaging or the carrier, nor are shipments made using methods other than those indicated, or sent at the recipient's expense. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer in the case of a simple withdrawal, while they are entirely borne by Piquadro if the returned product is defective, for both the return shipment and the redelivery.
