The Lip Mask, a new beauty gesture by Hermès, enriches the Rouge Hermès collection and completes the lip care ritual. It nourishes and strengthens the lip skin barrier, visibly repairing the lips and leaving a shiny, colorless finish.
THE TEXTURE
Its rich, melting, enveloping texture, made with shea butter, provides a lasting feeling of comfort.
THE CARE EFFICACY
The mask leaves a protective film on the lips that visibly repairs damaged or dry lips and strengthens the skin barrier. Its effectiveness is immediate and long-lasting: lips remain hydrated and nourished for up to 8 hours* after application. Softer, more supple, and more beautiful, the lips appear regenerated. Over time, the lips and their contours become smoother (+34%**), more repaired (+46%**), less prone to tightness (-55%***), and the feeling of comfort increases by 52%***.
THE FORMULATION
Composed of 97% natural ingredients, the lip mask formula is rich in active ingredients. The hyaluronic acid complex combined with sesame seed extract moisturizes and smoothes the lips and their contours, while ceramides protect them from external aggressions and dehydration, reinforcing the skin barrier. Astaxanthin, with its antioxidant properties, helps protect the lips from oxidative stress.
Conceived by Christine Nagel, Hermès perfumer, the comforting fragrance of this mask combines the softness of arnica, the woody character of sandalwood, and the herbaceous notes of candied angelica flowers.
THE OBJECT
Designed by Pierre Hardy, creator of Hermès Beauty objects, the frosted glass jar and its white cap adorned with the Ex-Libris come with a miniature applicator featuring a silicone tip and a lacquered wooden handle.
Its portable size is designed to fit in the palm of your hand.
The lip mask is protected in the Maison's iconic orange box.
THE GESTURE
The mask is applied to the lips using the dedicated applicator and spread over the entire lips and contours with the finger. It can be generously applied at night to visibly repair the lips, or in a thin layer during the day to create a protective and comfortable film on the lips.
For daily hydrated lips, combine the protective action of the lip balm with the visibly repairing action of the lip mask.

The orange hue of the lip mask is due to astaxanthin. This antioxidant active ingredient is light-sensitive, and its color may evolve over time. This natural evolution does not impact the quality and effectiveness of the product.
