A two-phase formula to mix: a blend of natural moisturizing oils and polymers that will provide definition and strength to curls. Also based on Profaxil-18(TM) which will break down large oil particles to micro-disperse rich hydration that smooths, softens, and defrizzes curls without weighing them down and without making hair greasy.
