Designed to complement skin cleansing, The Essence by Augustinus Bader is a new skin care ritual that can be applied twice a day, after using a cleansing gel or balm. Refreshing and light, the formula is quickly absorbed by the skin, dissolving dead cells and eliminating impurities. For a balanced and radiant complexion.


  • Light, soothing and refreshing, the Essence is a 3-in-1 formula, designed to be applied as a second step in your routine, after applying your facial cleanser. It thoroughly cleanses the skin, while also effectively preparing it for subsequent treatments. Can be used twice a day or as often as required. Suitable for all skin types.

    Using your hands:

    Apply the Essence to clean, dry skin by dabbing
    Using cotton pads:

    Apply the moistened cotton pad to face and neck after cleansing and drying.
    Allow the Essence to be absorbed into the skin and wait a few moments before applying your Augustinus Bader moisturiser or oil.
