A free exclusive service with no purchase minimum, available in-store and online. Wherever you are, our Personal Shoppers are here to guide you through printemps' 3000 brands, to help you find just what you're looking for.
Returns and exchanges

Thanks to our exclusive services, you can change your mind about an article and bring it back within 30 days in order to exchange it or be reimbursed.* So you can buy without a second thought! Directly at in-store sales points. *We will exchange or reimburse articles purchased within the last 30 days, in their original condition and including all attachments, including packaging and tags, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with the exception of food products, upon presentation of sales receipt and in the presence of the client. Failing any of these conditions, the exchange or return cannot be made. The company reserves the right to refuse a reimbursement or exchange.

Too weighed-down, or with a long commute on public transport ahead of you? Enquire with one of our team members to arrange for prompt delivery at the address of your choosing.

Tax refunds
If you reside outside the European Union, you can automatically benefit from a 12% tax deduction for purchases over 100.01€. This can be applied at Printemps stores.
