Rotate the lead just 3 mm (0.1 in) (the pencil does not retract to avoid exposing the formula to air, which would dry it out). Draw around the contours of the eye. Use the foam tip to gently blend the colour to create the desired effect. Leave the colour to dry for 60 seconds to ensure that it does not smudge or budge. Replace the lid after use to conserve its smooth formula. Can be used alone or over eyeshadow. Take off with your favourite Clinique eye makeup remover.
