Our precious leathers come from Indonesia, are dyed and treated in a traditional way and comply with the Washington CITES convention. However, if you wish to regularly maintain your bags and protect them from various weather conditions, we recommend waterproofing the leather with a special leather waterproofing product once a month.

If you notice non-greasy stains on python or lizard skin, we recommend nourishing the leather by applying a cream dedicated to precious skins in the direction of the scales using a soft, dry cloth. Beforehand, make sure to perform a test on an unseen part of your product.

For greasy stains, we advise you to quickly apply some French chalk directly on the stain for 3 hours or overnight if possible. Then, dust off.

If your bag or accessory is dark-colored, opt for wearing dark clothing initially to avoid any color transfer onto your outfit.

Avoid water, contact with moisture, greasy substances, and prolonged exposure to sunlight, as this could affect the shade of the color of your product and potentially transfer onto your clothes.

Python and lizard are living and natural materials that have been traditionally treated. It is therefore entirely normal for there to be roughness, for the leather to patina over time, and for the color to change over the years.
