Having previously illuminated the Court of Versailles and the capital's largest cathedrals, the label is today a favourite brand in every home. The iconic Cire candle will infuse your home with its beeswax absolute fragrance and comes in an elegant amber glass jar, inspired by the shape of a champagne bucket and adorned with the signature golden coat of arms.

La bougie parfumee Cire est une illustration olfactive de la manufacture Trudon : evoquant un melange d'effluves de parfums et de cires chaudes, sa portee est symbolique. A la croisee des chemins entre savoir-faire anciens, engagement fort et vision contemporaine, la bougie parfumee Cire revele un parfum particulier derriere son verre ambre, legerement mouchete : celui de l'absolu de cire d'abeille. Abeilles et cire d'abeille sont, par definition, au coeur de l'histoire de la manufacture Trudon : des le XVIIe siecle, elle prend pour devise "Deo regique laborant" qui signifie "elles (les abeilles) travaillent pour Dieu et le Roi". En 2019, la Maison choisit de soutenir le Conservatoire de l'Abeille Noire de l'Orne, en partenariat avec le Parc National Régional du Perche. 4% des ventes de chaque bougie Cire seront reversés au Conservatoire de l'Abeille Noire de l'Orne.

To fully appreciate your candle, we recommend burning it until the entire surface has turned to liquid. Do not burn your candle for more than 2 hours at a time for the first third of the candle and 1 hour at a time for the remainder. Never leave a candle burning unattended. Place your candle away from drafts. Keep candles away from children, curtains and pets. If the wick is misaligned, gently re-centre it while the wax is still melted. If it starts to smoke, cut off the end of the wick. It should always be clean and no longer than 0.5 cm (0.2 in). Protect the surface where you place your candle (preferably with a flat ceramic or wooden object). To protect the glass, do not burn your candle to the end, always leave at least 0.5 cm (0.2 in) of unmelted wax. Store your candle in a cool and dry place, between 15 and 25°C. Make sure you use your candle within 2 months of receiving it.
