Clear OUT spot patches from Skin & Out are a targeted and practical solution for treating skin imperfections. These transparent patches are impregnated with specific ingredients such as salicylic acid and hydrocolloid. They work by absorbing excess sebum, reducing inflammation and encourage the skin to heal. Simply apply a patch to the area concerned to enjoy its purifying benefits. For a clearer, more even complexion.


  • Recommendations:

    1. To remove the spot patch, peel off the sheet, following the dotted lines.
    2. Clean the spot thoroughly and dry with a clean towel.
    3. Apply the patch carefully to your spot using clean hands.
    4. Leave the patch on during the day or overnight. After 6–8 hours, gently remove the patch. Leave the skin to breathe between applications.

    The patch can be used at several stages of the spot:

    - At the height of the inflammatory phase: The patch will help to relieve the inflammation, thanks in particular to salicylic acid and vitamin C, but also by protecting the spot to prevent bacteria from worsening the inflammation or tempting you to touch it too much. Hydrocolloid technology will also help to maintain a humid environment for the spot, which is ideal for encouraging it to mature.
    - When the spot is white: It will help to absorb the spot’s contents without you needing to touch it, thus avoiding the risk of marking your complexion or leaving a scar.
    - When your spot is pierced: After disinfecting the spot, apply a patch to the area. Hydrocolloid keeps the area moist, which is ideal for the spot to heal quickly and effectively.

    The patch can also be used in conjunction with Clear OUT acne treatment. When you remove the patch:

    - If the spot is inflamed: Apply the spot treatment and leave the skin to breathe freely.
    - If it is a white spot, or about to become one: Apply a little spot treatment, and once absorbed and the area is dry, apply a patch.
    - If it is a white spot that has been pierced: Disinfect with an alcohol-free solution and apply a healing cream or a new patch.
