The feminine and distinctly oriental eau de parfum Changing Constance is brought to you by the London-based label Penhaligon's. This chic and original fragrance is characterised by its notes of cardamom and chilli, enrobed in salted butter caramel, tobacco and vanilla. A spicy and sweet blend that will make all the difference.
