1. Take a hot shower or bath for at least 5 minutes to soften the skin.
2. Wet the mitt and squeeze out excess water.
3. Do not add soap.
4. Go up and down and vice versa with moderate pressure. Avoid rinsing peeling skin, as it helps to exfoliate better.
5. Wash your body with soap/shower gel.
6. Hand wash the mitt and let it dry completely.
7. Use once every 1 to 2 weeks or 24 hours before applying self-tanner.
