Recommendations:
Drink over a period of three months. At the end of the three months, take a short break (therapeutic window) of around a week to give your body time to rest. Ideally, begin the treatment two weeks before you stop taking the pill.
Add one teaspoon to 200 ml (7 fl oz) of hot water (the equivalent of one cup). Drink twice a day between meals.
Water temperature: Wait five minutes for the boiling water to cool slightly so that it doesn’t burn the leaves.
Infusion time: Infuse for 10 minutes with the lid on to preserve all the benefits of the tea.
Iced version: Infuse in cold water in the fridge for at least six hours in a sealed container.
