Laura Mercier's Caviar Perfecting Lip Liner is designed to outline the lips and saturate them with long-lasting color that never fades or cracks. This lip pencil provides a natural effect with a modernized, sculpting formula that pairs perfectly with the new Caviar Smoothing Matte Lipstick. With a 16-hour wear, this lip liner stays put all day and night, doesn't feather into fine lines, and applies smoothly and evenly. Once you try it, you'll be hooked.


  • 1) Sharpen the lip liner pencil and outline the lips before applying lipstick.
    2) Fill in the center of the lips if desired.

    Expert tip
    1) For a "full lips" effect, start by lightly tracing a line from the outer corner of the upper lip to the Cupid's bow.
    2) Once at the center of the lips, slightly exaggerate the line only at the Cupid's bow.
