Recommendations: Drink over a period of 2–3 months. At the end of the three months, take a short break (therapeutic window) of around a week to give your body time to rest. Add one teaspoon to 200 ml (7 fl oz) of hot water (the equivalent of one cup). Drink twice a day between meals. Water temperature: Wait five minutes for the boiling water to cool slightly so that it doesn’t burn the leaves. Infusion time: Infuse for 10 minutes with the lid on to preserve all the benefits of the tea. Iced version: Infuse in cold water in the fridge for at least six hours in a sealed container.
