Recommendations: Use morning and/or evening before your moisturiser. You can apply it locally and/or to areas prone to spots to prevent new ones from appearing! It is particularly effective on spots that are inflamed (you know — the big red ones that hurt!). Remember to massage well and pat into the skin to help absorption. P.S. When the sun comes out, avoid applying it just before stepping out, as it is slightly photosensitising. Apply a cream with SPF immediately afterwards (such as Sun OUT) or if you prefer, only apply in the evening.
