In a 160 m² space with a contemporary aesthetic designed by Marie Deroudilhe, he offers hot and cold drinks, viennoiseries, travel cakes and a savoury selection tailored to every moment of the day. POP-UP MOMUS

MOMUS Paris reinvents the art of coffee with an original concept: a nomadic cart set up at Printemps Haussmann. Designed as a true roaming pop-up, it moves through the heart of the department store to offer visitors a premium coffee experience at every moment of their shopping journey, under the guidance of MOF master roaster Daniela Capuado.

Bleu Coupole

Until June 15th, Joey Starr is taking the reins of the Bleu Coupole and dreaming up his first menu. On the menu, cult recipes from his "Bistronomik guide": crab soup with coconut milk, flank steak with chimichurri sauce and sweet potato fries, and rum-infused French toast.

Glou Time, the new-generation convivial drink, arrives at Printemps Haussmann with its cabaret-inspired Christmas pop-up.
