To create a fine line, dip the Flat Eye Liner brush in clean water, then work the Tightline Cake Eye Liner to achieve a thick paste. Apply the Tightline Cake Eye Liner under the root of the upper lash line by sliding the brush between each lash. Repeat the application to add intensity. Remove your favorite shade from its compact and place it in a custom compact to create a personalized color palette. All custom compacts are sold separately.
