He drew his inspiration from evoking a scent, both wonderful and full of sensitivity: 'The inside of a Hermès bag, where the fragrance of a perfume floated... A note of fine leather, wrapped in fresh fragrances of citrus scents and spices,' the perfume maker commented at the time.
