Free delivery on orders over 200€.


Colissimo delivery via La Poste delivers within 48 to 72 hours throughout mainland France. Deliveries are made by La Poste, Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.


All orders placed prior to 2:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day.

Orders are processed the morning of the next working day. Orders placed between 2:00 p.m. on Friday and 2.00 p.m. on Monday are dispatched Monday evening.


Parcels are delivered to the delivery address shown on your order confirmation. It is therefore important to ensure your address is entered correctly.


We will send you an e-mail when your order is dispatched from our warehouse. This e-mail confirms the delivery method chosen and provides you with a tracking number. You can also view and track your order in the My Current Orders section of your account.

The delivery time is 4 to 5 business days. Parcels are delivered to the delivery address shown on your order confirmation. It is therefore important to ensure your address is entered correctly.


We will send you an e-mail when your order is dispatched from our warehouse to confirm your tracking number. You can also view and track your order in the "My orders" section of your account.


There will be no additional duties costs on your orders and returns.

Returns

You can enjoy free returns within 30 days upon receipt of your order (only applicable for orders from France, The United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and The Netherlands).


After you drop off your parcel at a Post office branch, returns should take 5 to 7 business days.


Once we have received your item(s), the refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.

Please insert the returns form (provided with your order) in the package to return.

Pack your item(s), making sure they are well protected during transport. Items must be returned as received, in their original packaging, (plastic sleeve) along with this returns form. Any item(s) returned incomplete, without the tag (specifying the brand, bar code and size of the product), without packaging, or having been damaged, worn, soiled or washed will not be accepted or refunded.

If you are unable to reuse the packaging for returning your goods due to its condition, please use another suitable packaging.

Stick the shipping label on the parcel.

You have placed an order as a guest and would like to make a return. You can find your returns form and shipping label using the link sent to you in your order dispatch confirmation e-mail.


If you wish to directly download your returns form and shipping label, simply create an account when you place your next order.


Bags and Accessories

Items must be returned as received, in their original packaging, complete with certificates of authenticity and designer labels in place.


Shoes

Shoes should not have been worn except for having been tried on. The soles must be smooth and in a new condition, without any scratches, showing they have been worn.


Shoe packaging must be in perfect condition and must not, under any circumstances, be used as packaging for shipping your return. Shoe boxes should not be taped or written on.


Lingerie and Swimwear

Undergarments and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear. Please ensure that adhesive protective slips are not removed.


Fine Jewellery

These special pieces should be returned new and unused in their original packaging with plastic protection and all designer labels in place.


Luxury Watches

Luxury watches should be returned new and unused in their original packaging, complete with plastic protection on the dial, the warranty, presentation and all other outer packaging. Please also ensure that the time on the watch has not been set.


Beauty

Beauty items must be returned in their original, unsealed packaging with the protective plastic film and the lid intact. Items cannot be tried on and must be in new condition, unopened, unused, undamaged, unsullied, untested. To return a beauty item, be sure to return the items in the original package; which has been the subject of numerous conclusive tests. This packaging is indeed resistant to all possible shocks, drops and handling during the delivery of the package. If, however, your package after opening does not allow the return of beauty items in good conditions, we urge you to find an appropriate container or box and to carefully package the returned items to ensure maximum protection during transport.

The number of returns per customer is counted and, in the event of repeated returns, contrary to our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to flag or close your Printemps.com account and refuse future orders. We will contact you directly if this is applicable to your account.

Once your order has been placed, its content can no longer be modified. You can still, however, modify the delivery address or cancel your order if it has not yet been processed, by contacting Customer Service. If your cancellation is accepted, you will not be charged.

Returns that do not meet the conditions below will not be accepted.


  • It is essential to include the returns form in your parcel.
  • Items should be new, unworn and returned in their original packaging.
  • The cardboard label with price, bar code and product name should also be returned with the item.
  • Any items returned damaged, incomplete, worn, soiled or washed will not be accepted or refunded.


Each request for refund will be inspected and validated. Returns that do not comply with these terms and conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. You will be refunded via the same payment method used when placing your order.

Exchanges

Printemps.com does not offer an exchange policy. If you wish to exchange one or more items, please follow the returns procedure outlined above to enable us to refund your item(s). Thereafter, we invite you to place a new order for the product(s) you wish to purchase.
