Augustinus Bader's Cleansing Balm is formulated to gently remove impurities, traces of makeup and excess oil from the skin. This balm melts across the skin, transforming into a lotion that cleanses and tones. For a radiant complexion.


  • The Cleansing Balm is a compact balm that melts across the skin to form a creamy cleansing lotion when water is added. It can be used as a cleanser on its own, or as the first step in a double cleansing routine, followed by the Cream Cleansing Gel.

    Using your fingertips, massage a small amount of the balm into dry skin, focusing on areas where impurities, grease and hard-to-remove makeup accumulate.
    Add water to form an emulsion and continue to massage.
    Soak 'The Cloth' in warm water and gently pass it over your skin in circular motions to remove impurities and excess balm.
    Carefully dab the skin before continuing your Augustinus Bader skin care routine.
    Rinse 'The Cloth' thoroughly and hang it to dry between uses.
